Matched to you by our team
We started with a simple belief: that no one in the UK should feel alone. That belief became a mission, and that mission became us.
Loneliness is one of the most significant challenges facing people in the UK today — affecting millions of elderly people, young professionals, and everyone in between. It's not talked about enough, but the impact on mental and physical health is real and serious.
Neighbourly Connect was founded to do something about it. We believe that everyone deserves to have someone in their corner — a warm, genuine presence who shows up consistently and cares.
"To make the UK a little less lonely — one neighbourly connection at a time."
We carefully vet and DBS-check all companions before they meet any client. We then hand-match each client to the most compatible companion based on interests, location, and schedule — because we believe that real connection comes from real compatibility.
We operate in a space that involves some of the most vulnerable people in society. That means we hold ourselves to the highest standards of safeguarding, data protection, and professional conduct.
Every companion is DBS-checked, trained in safeguarding basics, and bound by our code of conduct. Every client's data is handled in line with UK GDPR and our ICO registration.
